Movie Help: Woman disguised as man in 60s?

I'm looking for the title of a movie. All I remember is it was in black and white, and there is a woman who disguises herself as a man so she can inherit property. You don't find out he is a she until the very end. Right before the reveal, the movie gives a warning, advising the faint of heart to leave the theater, and then proceeds to countdown to 0 when we find out the man seems so awkward and has such strange teeth because it is a woman in disguise. Thanks for any help.
